Bronwyn Truscott

Southern Region NT-IA Coordinator

As NT-IA Coordinator Bronwyn has the responsibility of administering all aspects service delivery for the Inclusion Agency in the Southern Region of Australia.  She has a Bachelor in Children’s Services and Certificate 4 in Small Business. In earlier times she has been a workplace trainer and Quality Assurance Endorsed Trainer. She has a special interest in human resource and governance and Children’s Behaviours.

 

Tracey Bainbridge

Inclusion professional Coordinator

Tracey joined the CSSP team in 2008. She has worked intermittently over a number of years whilst raising a young family, however returned in 2014 working part-time.  Tracey has had many years experience as a Director of a Child Care Service and at one time a Quality Assurance Endorsed Trainer. She is currently upgrading her qualifications and is studying Leadership and Management. She has a special interest in the teachings and philosophies of Reggio Emilia and Montessori as well as early childhood development and sustainable environments.

 

Caraline Moody

INCLUSION PROFESSIONAL COORDINATOR

Caraline joined the Inclusion Support team November 2016. Caraline has worked in a number of children services from tutoring Indigenous school age students, to an educator in a 3-year-old Kindy to long day care Team Leader and Assistant Director. Caraline has both a certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood and is working towards her Bachelor of Education Early Childhood Teaching whilst raising a young family. Caraline’s has a passion in reading and learning about the different factors that influence the behaviours and alter a child’s mind and how society can support these children especially in their early years to succeed in life.
