Maree Bredhauer

NT Branch manager

Maree Bredhauer, Manager ECA-NT and IA-NT. Maree is responsible for the management of all ECA–NT Branch business and the Inclusion Agency contract for the Northern Territory. Maree has extensive experience in the Early Childhood Education sector and has worked in both the private and public sector.Qualifications include Masters degrees in Early Childhood Education and International Business Management. Special interests: leadership development and communication.

Diane Cox

Inclusion professional Coordinator 

Diane joined the ECA NT team in 2008 as an Inclusion Support Facilitator and has been working in the early childhood field since January 2000. In January 2015 Diane took on the role of the Coordinator of the Inclusion Support Agency and currently fills the position of Coordinator NT-IA.  Born in Germany, Diane moved to Australia in 1998 and has lived, worked and studied in the Northern Territory since.  Her qualifications include Bachelor of Children’s Services (2014), Diploma Children’s Services (2001) and Registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator (2016).  Diane has a special interest in ASD, sensory processing and teaching children social communication and play skills.

Maureen Simon

inclusion professional

Maureen joined the Inclusion Support team in 2014.  Maureen has worked in the childcare industry for over 20 years, starting off as assistant on the floor and working her way up to the Director position.  Maureen has been a Director of Childcare Centre's in both Queensland and Northern Territory.  Maureen also worked for a RTO as a lecture for Indigenous students in Certificate III in childcare.  Maureen has an Advance Diploma in Children's Services and is registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator, she is also currently upgrading her qualifications in Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment.  She has a special interest in mentoring educators on the floor and setting up aesthetically pleasing environments for all children to learn and grow, especially for children with additional needs.  Maureen is passionate about the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Kim Heilbrunn

INCLUSION PROFESSIONAL

Kim has been a part of the Inclusion Support team since 2014. Kim has worked in the childcare industry for 10 years in NSW, WA and NT. She holds a Diploma of Children’s Services and is a registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator. Kim also works at a local early intervention service where therapy is provided for children with developmental delays. Kim has a special interest trauma, the effect it can have on the developing child and how the brain can be repaired after such events. She is passionate about educators having the tools to support all children to thrive, by meeting their many and varied needs.

 

 

Samantha Withers  

INCLUSION PROFESSIONAL

Samantha joined the Inclusion Support team March 2015.  Samantha has worked in the childcare industry for 16 years. Samantha has worked as a Group Leader, Assistant Director and then Director of a number of Services and as a Lecturer in Cert 111 in Children's Services within the NT.  Samantha has her Diploma in Children's Services, is a registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator and is currently updating her qualification in Cert IV in Training and Assessment 2016.  Samantha is passionate about working with educators to ensure that every child’s needs are met and they are fostered to ensure growth in order to meet their full potential. She has a special interest in using sign language in everyday practices with children as she believes this assists a child's language development.

 

Brenda Taylor

ADMINISTRATION Manager  

Brenda has been a part of ECA NT team since March 2015. Brenda has been an administration manager in primary schools in the NT and WA for over 20 years and extensive experience in office administration.

Bev O'Connell

INCLUSION PROFESSIONAL

Bev joined the Inclusion Support team in July 2016. She comes with 35 years’ experience of education and care in the Northern Territory. Bev has trained and assessed educators studying Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. She has also worked over a number of years with pre-service teachers. Alongside extensive early years teaching experience, Bev has a Master’s Degree in Education, a Bachelor of Education (EC) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Bev has an interest in early years’ numeracy development.
